A theoretical study of the stress-strain state helical cylindrical compression springs used in suspension vehicles during shot peening is carried out. It established that reduces pre-stressing 2.54% due to an increase torque cross section coil 4.30%. results can be development technology for manufacture restoration expensive vehicles, determining required load contact pre-stressing, taking into account peening.
